How to create product bundles on the Impact theme (checkout-safe)

Impact is a popular premium theme from Maestrooo built for high-volume sellers, with strong conversion features and deep customization. Its product pages are section-rich, giving you plenty of room to merchandise. This guide covers how to create product bundles on the Impact theme and keep them checkout-safe — with one important caveat unique to feature-heavy themes like Impact.

Because Impact already includes conversion sections, the trick is adding a bundle without doubling up offers.

Two ways to bundle on Impact

Shopify’s native Bundles app packages distinct products into a single fixed set. It’s checkout-native and free, but it creates a separate bundle SKU rather than adding tiered pricing to an existing product page.

A product-page bundle widget — like the free Profit Flow AOV Bundle — adds the offer directly to the product being viewed: BOGO, 3-for-2, or tiered volume discounts. On Impact, where the goal is usually to lift AOV on hero products, this is the more useful route.

Setting it up on Impact

Impact has many product-page blocks, so placement and de-duplication both matter.

1. Install Profit Flow AOV Bundle from the Shopify App Store.
2. Open Online Store → Themes → Customize and select a product template.
3. In the main product section, Add block, choose the Profit Flow block, and place it near the buy buttons.
4. Important: if an Impact native upsell, quantity-break or bundle section is enabled on that template, disable it. Two overlapping offers confuse shoppers and can look like a pricing bug.
5. Configure your offer and save. The block inherits Impact’s fonts and spacing.

That de-duplication step is the one thing people miss on Impact — its own sections are easy to leave on by accident.

Keep it checkout-safe

A script-based widget can render “3rd item free” on the product page, but Shopify’s checkout can’t be modified by app JavaScript. So the discount can silently drop at checkout and the shopper is charged full price — a costly, hard-to-spot leak.
